GymPro Returns & Refunds Policy (Exchanges Only)
Effective Date: January 5, 2026
GymPro LLC (“GymPro,” “we,” “us”) offers exchanges only under the terms below. By placing an order on gymproofficial.com, you agree to this policy.
1) No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for any reason, including sizing, preference, delayed delivery, or address errors (except where a refund is required by law).
2) Exchanges Only — 14 Days

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

After approval, your return must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your exchange authorization.

Returns received outside these timeframes may be refused.
3) One Exchange Per Order
We allow one (1) exchange per order. Additional exchange requests are not accepted.
4) Exchange Eligibility (Strict Condition Standards)
To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned:

Unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

Free from deodorant marks, makeup, stains, odors, pet hair, lint buildup, or damage

With original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these standards. Refused items may be shipped back to you at your expense.
5) Exchange Shipping Fees (Customer Responsibility)

Customer pays return shipping back to GymPro (we recommend trackable shipping).

A $9.99 USD shipping fee is charged to send the exchanged item back to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6) How to Start an Exchange (Authorization Required)
To request an exchange, email [support@gymproofficial.com] with:

Order number

Item(s) you want to exchange

Requested size/color (or preferred replacement)
Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
7) Processing & Timing

Exchanges are processed after inspection of your returned item.

Processing time typically begins once your return is delivered to us (carrier-confirmed).

Replacement items ship after approval and payment of the $9.99 re-shipping fee.
8) If Your Requested Item Is Unavailable
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size/color is unavailable, we may offer:

An alternative size/color (if available), or
-
Store credit (no cash refunds)
9) Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for exchange:

Items marked Final Sale

Gift cards
-
Any item noted as non-returnable at checkout or on the product page
10) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue and packaging (if relevant)
We will evaluate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit. (No refunds unless required by law.)
11) Return Shipping Risk
GymPro is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Use a trackable service and keep your proof of shipment.
